Stage 2: Planning Actions and Outcomes

Using your discussions and findings from the assess stage, your resilience team is now ready to plan actions and outcomes.

During this stage you will decide who is responsible for any actions and agree a date for this to be completed by. You will also consider the evidence and what the intended outcomes will be.

Use the Stage 2 ‘planning actions and outcomes activity’ to help you. There are also some examples below of actions and evidence that you may wish to consider for your setting in line with the whole school approach principles.

Remember to update your ‘Resilience and Emotional Wellbeing Record’ spreadsheet making notes within the green plan stage as you go.
