Mental Health and Resilience Support for Young People in Kent

The Kent Resilience Hub provides mental health and emotional wellbeing support for children and young people across Kent and Medway. We offer practical resources for professionals, schools, parents and carers to help young people build resilience, manage emotions and cope with everyday pressures.

i-THRIVE is an approach that ensures that young people get the emotional wellbeing and mental health support they need when facing difficult situations. The goal is for every young person in Kent to thrive, but if they do need extra help, they know where to go to find the right support.

About the Kent Resilience Hub

The Kent Resilience Hub supports staff, practitioners, parents, and carers to better understand and promote children and young people’s mental health, emotional wellbeing, and resilience. We provide access to trusted advice, resources, training, and services to support early intervention and improve outcomes across Kent.

In Kent, we follow the national i-THRIVE framework, which focuses on prevention and the promotion of mental health and wellbeing for the whole population, helping services work together to meet the needs of children and young people.
