Stage 3: Reviewing Impact

The reviewing impact stage is where you will reflect on and evaluate the impact and outcomes of your actions so far. It is also a time to explore ways of continuous improvement.

It is recommended that you try to review your Resilience and Emotional Wellbeing Record every six months to ensure regular reflection on actions that have been completed, and to focus on further ideas of how to improve wellbeing within your school.

Do not start the reviewing impact stage until you have fully implemented your actions and have evidence to support this.

Use the Stage 3 ‘reviewing impact activity’ to help you.

Remember to update your ‘Resilience and Emotional Wellbeing Record’ spreadsheet making notes within the yellow Review stage as you go.

Please see below for some fantastic examples of completed Resilience and Emotional Wellbeing Records from both a primary and secondary school.
