Peer Mentoring
Having a Peer Mentor programme has many benefits – to the young people who are mentored, to the young people providing the mentoring, and to your setting.
Peer mentoring has been evidenced as having a positive impact on the emotional health and wellbeing of young people. Having a Peer Mentor programme will allow you to make the fantastic work you’re already doing even better by using young people’s knowledge and skills to
understand, support, and help others.
We know that not one size fits all, so all the training resources we have put together for you in this Toolkit are tried, tested and flexible.
