CALM
CALM runs a free and confidential helpline and web chat from 5pm to midnight, 7 days a week, for anyone who needs to talk through any problems. They aim of the service is to: • reduce the rates of suicide by providing a listening ear • help people going through crisis • support people impacted by suicide. They provide resources and advice and can signpost you to other organisations who may be able to help.

Emerge Advocacy Service
Emerge volunteers are there to support young people aged 10 – 25 when they come into hospital because of self-harm, a suicide attempt or because of an emotional crisis.
