MindOut is a mental health service run by and for LGBTQ people. They offer an anonymous message service for immediate help.

Stonewall offer support for people who identify as LGBTQ. This includes helpline, social groups, housing advice and support.

Switchboard National LGBTQIA+ Support Line
Switchboard is the national LGBTQ support line. You can talk about anything related to sexuality and gender identity, sexual health, relationships or just the way you’re feeling.

The BeYou Project
BeYou is an identity‑affirming, inclusive programme for LGBTQIA+ children and young people, including those who are questioning or exploring who they are. One‑to‑one sessions for young people who may benefit from short‑term individual support, In person group support for 13-17 year olds, online parent/carer session, and school/professional meetings and presentations are available to help adults feel more confident in supporting LGBTQIA+ young people.
