Connect! Programme
Connect! is for young people aged 11-18 in Maidstone, Tonbridge and Malling with an Autism Spectrum Condition or on the pathway to diagnosis.
On the bulletin (below) we share information about our exciting new project called ‘Free 2 Be Me’ which is for young people who identify as LGBTQ+ and ND.
Parents or carers can self-refer to the programme using the referral form (below), or referrals can be made by a professional.
