www.kooth.com online support and counselling
Kooth.com is an online mental wellbeing community for all 10 – 16 year old’s in Kent. Kooth offers free online counselling and support including self-help tools, articles, journals, magazines, discussion boards, and access to fully trained counsellors online 365 days a year.
Kooth.com is safe, confidential and fully moderated. Kooth.com offers young people the opportunity to have a text-based conversation with an online counsellor.
Counsellors are available from 12 noon – 10pm on weekdays, and 6pm – 10pm on weekends every day of the year on a drop in basis.
I really like how you can share your problems anonymously and have help from others. It makes me feel accepted and that people will not judge me.
It means a lot to know Kooth is there even if others can't be.
Brand new for February 2021 - Kooth's #DontDoItAlone campaign
Designed to encourage open conversations around mental health, so children and young people know they are not alone with their struggles.
