This Youth Mental Health First Aid training is designed to raise awareness and reduce the stigma associated with mental health. It is suitable for anyone over the age of 16, including parents/carers.

Online Tier One YMHFA training - 3 hours
The Youth Mental Health First Aid Tier One training course is an introductory three-hour session to raise awareness of young people's mental health, covering topics such as basic facts and awareness, stress and depression, and what helps.

Online Tier Two YMHFA training - 3 hours
The Youth Mental Health First Aid Tier Two training course goes into more intermediate levels of detail – exploring some of the more prevalent mental health problems which people may encounter, and exploring them in more detail. Topics include self-harm, psychosis and eating disorders.
