Resilience Conversation Training for Community Organisations
Staff and volunteers from voluntary and community organisations in Kent are invited to explore the Resilience Conversation Tool in a free training session.
You’ll explore how this tool will facilitate conversations you’re having with young people about their resilience and wellbeing, both face to face and online.
You’ll be able to gain an insight into someone’s world with a visual representation of their current strengths, concerns, and areas identified for support.
We’ll then share resources and opportunities with you from HeadStart Kent to help fill some of those gaps.
This training is available to anyone working with a community or voluntary organisation in Kent. If you are a member of staff in a school, please contact KCHFT to arrange further training or visit the Resilience Conversation page to find out more about the tool.
April 22nd 2021 1:30 – 2:30 PM – to register for this free training opportunity, please click here.
